Notice to Non-Clients

    We apologize for not being able to speak directly with everyone that is having issues with their data protection systems, but our engineering, project management staff cannot field unsolicited calls or emails from non-clients requesting Data Backup and/or Data Protection Advice. Because of a very aggressive project schedule we are not currently accepting any new consultation engagements.

 

If you need a more immediate response from our team, it is best to use one of the following means:

 

  • Review one of our Total Protection Packages.  These are bundles of services that we have put together based what our existing clients tell us works best for them.  One of these packages will work for 95% of all companies with Data Protection needs. After deciding which package will best suit your group and submitting an order, we are usually able to get these new clients installed and backing up their data within 7 days.
  • The most direct way to obtain assistance for any other data protection project is to set up a paid 30 or 60 minute consultation that will be tailored to your specific project needs and can usually be scheduled within one to two weeks.  You may use the form below to request some time in our schedule. Someone will be in contact to formalize a time when we can discuss your specific data backup needs.
