Data Protection Guarantee
(1) If the client is not satisfied with any part of the service during the first 30 days of being connected to the SSG Data Protection Network, the client may cancel the service with a 100 % refund of the actual installation fee paid.
(2) Anytime after the initial 30 days of being connected to the SSG Data Protection Network, the client may cancel service with written notice. The client will be invoiced the prorated monthly SSG Data Protection Network Connection Fee and for any SSG Data Protection Network Usage Fees.
(3) If SSG ever fails to restore data that was to be included in the SSG Protected Data Set, SSG will refund to the client the setup fee and all of the previous twelve months service fees for that server.
This Guarantee applies to both our OffSite Managed Backup and our OnSite Managed Backup Services. If you are not Completely Satisfied with our service, I insist that you ask for a refund.
